Showreel breakdown
For the Aviation School’s introductory segment, I was assigned the creation of an opening sequence for upcoming educational content.
I chose a paper airplane as the focal point of the animation. Using After Effects’ 3D capabilities, I crafted a straightforward 3D model of a paper airplane and incorporated gentle motion to mimic flight. The concept was met with enthusiasm from the client, who approved it without hesitation.
This educational animation for high schoolers delves into the fascinating world of reptile sex determination.
Unlike mammals, which rely on XY and XX chromosomes to dictate sex, crocodiles’ sex is influenced by the temperature of their surroundings. This subject was not only incredibly interesting but also marked my debut in character animation, making it a project I cherish deeply.
Web game designed for high-school Chemistry lessons.
In this game, I was responsible for designing every bottle and reaction animation. The backdrop was crafted by a colleague. To ensure a cohesive visual style, I digitally painted the bottles and reactions, then proceeded to animate them frame-by frame in Photoshop.
Web app designed for high-school Biology classes.
One of the actions in the game involved examining a Protist looking through a microscope. Since there was no high-quality video available, I created an animation by combining frame-by-frame images with an AE composition.
Opening sequences for University of Medicine in Lodz Poland.
I designed a large collection of opening sequences, lower thirds, and custom transitions for educational videos at the University of Medicine in Lodz. All of these elements were created using JavaScript to adjust their size based on custom input text.
I’m proud of this project, especially since Junior Designers found it easy to use and loved it.
